 Indoor Practice Equipment Reminder
All players must arrive at indoor practices with full equipment and their stick, including:

• Helmet

• Gloves

• Pads

• Mouthguard (required)

 Mouthguards must be colored — no white or clear mouthguards are permitted for indoor practices.

This requirement applies to all age groups.
